The water and electricity guidance is monitored by a conductors. For equipment with high water quality requirements, the conductors should try to use the industrial conductors (such as CM230) as much as possible in the pipe system to prevent the accuracy of measurement measurement due to external pollution during the sampling process. When running, you should watch the conductors at any time. The end point of the runtime cycle should be more attention. Once the water quality exceeds the standard, it should be stopped and transferred to the regeneration operation. Water quality indicators are determined according to the requirements of the process.

2) Stratification

The two resins of Yangyin need to use hydrochloric acid (HCL) and NaOH to regenerate separately. It affects the regeneration effect of resin and water out of water.

The layered method is to allow the water to enter from the bottom of the switch, and rinse the resin layer from the bottom to the bottom, so that the resin layer is loosened and swollen. Due to the different proportion of the two resins of yin and yang, the yang resin is relatively heavy. When the resin layer is inflated and rolled, the proportion of the yang will be continuously deposited at the bottom of the switch. 3) Yin resin regeneration

Do not control the flow rate too fast when the alkaline liquid inlet is used. Generally, the required regenerative agent should be used up from about 25-40 minutes. When the regeneration, you should also control the speed of the recycled waste liquid. It is better than Yin resin. Avoid that part of the resin is not soaked by regeneration. Before the alkali, drain the water in the column to 50-100 mm above the resin level to avoid unnecessary dilution. 

4) Cleaning Yin resin

After the regeneration of Yin resin, rinse the resin from top to bottom to clean the residual regenerative agent. After cleaning at a time, it takes 45 minutes to start measured the alkali degree of cleaning and drainage until the alkali value is no longer decreased. When it is basically constant, the cleaning can be stopped and the next operation can be performed. Generally controlling the pH value of the water is around 8-9.

5) Regenerative Yang resin

The hydrochloric acid regeneration (4-6%) flows from the lower part to the upper resin layer, and is discharged through the middle drainage port. The amount of hydrochloric acid is 60-80 grams/LCL (HCL) according to the general experience. When entering the regeneration solution, the flow rate must not be controlled too fast. Generally, it is advisable to use the required recycled agent for about 25-40 minutes. The recycled waste liquid should be discharged in a timely manner, and the liquid level must not rise to the range of the yin tree layer, otherwise the yin resin will contaminate. In order to reduce this possibility, in the process of entering the yang resin regeneration, the shampoo of Yin resin can be opened at the same time to use the upper water to press the lower acid liquid into the yang resin layer.

6) Washing yang resin

After entering the regeneration solution, rinse the resin from top to bottom with water, and clean the residual regenerative agent. After about 30 minutes of cleaning, the acidity of the water outlet valve is measured until the acidity value is no longer decreased. When it is basically constant, the cleaning is considered to be considered. Generally, the pH value of the water inlet is about 5-5.5. 

7) Mixed

Two resins with good regeneration must be re -mixed and even after menstruation. The method of mixing is to open the water inlet valve, put the water level in the tower to 20-30 cm higher than the resin (yin resin), and then open the top exhaust valve to stir the resin layer from bottom to top. Mix well. Generally, the time to compress the air is 4-6 minutes, and the satisfactory hybrid effect can be obtained. The pressure of the compressed air should be kept within the range of 0.1-0.15MPa. Too low pressure will affect the hybrid effect, and too high will affect the safety of equipment and pipelines.

At the end of the mixing, drain the water at a speed as soon as possible, so that the resin sinks quickly, prevent the resin from moving the layer, and the drainage to the surface of the water surface and the resin plane. 

Before the hybrid resin, you must first open the exhaust valve to mix slowly to the equipment. When mixed, you must pay attention. The pressure of the equipment pressure gauge should be stopped immediately. After it is processed, you can start operation. 

8) Positive washing

The mixed resin is cleaned again to further remove the remained in the residue in the resin layer. Positive washing flow can be close to the traffic flow. Generally, the water and electricity guidance rate of water and electricity will be rapidly decreased when washing. When the hydropower guidance rate is lower than the specified value, it can be stopped and put into operation again. 

Before washing, open the exhaust valve to exhaust, until the water discharged from the exhaust pipe does not have air, and then open the water washing drain valve to close the exhaust valve.

1. The acid and alkali for regeneration are strong corrosive substances, and be careful when used. When preparing acid -alkali, the regenerative agent must be equipped with a safety inspection tool. Washed the faucet around the acid -alkali groove. Once the acid and alkali splashed on the skin, rinse it with water immediately. The acid -alkali pipeline should be maintained frequently and no leakage is allowed.

2. After the use of resin for several years, there will be a certain amount of resin crushing. The broken resin will make the two resins unclear. At the same time, the two resins will be mixed with each other and affect the regeneration effect. Therefore, the crushing resin should be cleaned once a year, and the number of two resin two resins should be supplemented by the yin and yin. You can also remove the resin out and load the front -level yang, yin bed and fill the new resin.
