Application of Bestion BD301 in the removal of organic matter from tap water

1、 Case background
The source water of a certain water treatment plant is contaminated with organic matter to a certain extent, and conventional treatment processes are difficult to effectively remove it,
resulting in organic matter content in the effluent approaching or occasionally exceeding national standards, posing a potential threat to residents' water safety. To improve water quality,
the factory has decided to use Bestion BD301 macroporous resin technology for deep treatment of raw water.
2、 Processing effect
The removal rate of organic matter is significantly improved: After treatment with weak alkaline macroporous anion resin, the total organic carbon (TOC) content in the factory water is significantly reduced,
from an average of 2.5mg/L before treatment to below 1.0mg/L
Long term stable operation: During continuous operation for one year, the resin adsorption device maintained a stable operating state,
with minimal fluctuations in organic matter removal efficiency and no water quality deterioration caused by resin performance degradation. Meanwhile, through reasonable regeneration operations,
the service life of the resin is effectively extended, reducing operating costs.
From this case, it can be seen that Bestion BD301 macroporous resin has significant advantages in removing organic matter from water.
It can not only effectively reduce the organic content in water and improve water quality safety, but also has the characteristics of stable operation and good treatment effect.
