Bestion AB103: Breakthrough in organic wastewater degreasing, large pore adsorbent resin shows its s

1. Background
The organic wastewater discharged by a machinery processing enterprise contains a large amount of oil substances, and the oil content is as high as 1000mg/L, which not only affects the appearance of the water quality, but also poses a serious danger to the ecological environment.
2.Treatment effect
In the process of treatment, firstly, according to the characteristics of oil substances, AB103 macroporous adsorption resin was selected. The resin has lipophilic surface groups and suitable pore size distribution, and has good adsorption affinity for the oil in the wastewater.
Subsequently, organic wastewater was introduced into the adsorption tower equipped with AB103 macroporous adsorption resin at a suitable flow rate. As the wastewater passed through the resin bed, the oils were adsorbed on the surface and in the pores of the resin. After adsorption treatment, the effluent was tested. The results showed that the oil content in the wastewater was greatly reduced to less than 50mg/L, the removal rate reached more than 95%, and the treated water quality was clear and transparent, basically meeting the discharge standards.
It can be seen that AB103 macroporous adsorption resin has a large adsorption capacity and can treat a large amount of organic wastewater in a sustainable and stable manner. Moreover, AB103 macroporous adsorption resin can be regenerated by simple organic solvent elution, and it can be reused many times, which greatly reduces the cost of wastewater treatment. In addition, the process is simple and easy to control, and does not require complex operating skills and equipment.
It can be seen through this case that the macroporous adsorption resin has the characteristics of high efficiency, economy and convenience in removing oil substances from organic wastewater, which provides a reliable technical means for the treatment of oil-containing organic wastewater in machining and other industries.
