一. Job responsibilities:

2. Coordination to the outside world and other related functional departments (departments) to ensure the smooth production of production related work;

3. Production process control, production cost control;

4. Leading talent training and successor training of various function groups, so that all tasks are carried out and replaced smoothly;

5. Arrange the qualification identification of workshop personnel, skills improvement training;

6. Responsible for the performance assessment of various functional units in the workshop;

7. Responsible for the safety production management of the workshop, organize safety training for production safety, accident handling exercises, and commit to reducing hidden safety hazards and avoiding safety accidents;

8. Responsible for the environmental protection and health management of the workshop, energy conservation and emission reduction;

9. Comply with and implement the company's information security management system and requirements;

10. Supervise and report information security violations.

1. Chemical industry, organic chemistry, high molecules, environmental protection, medicine and other related colleges and above, with the experience of chemical industry -related production experience can relax the requirements of education;
